JOB DESCRIPTION Under the supervision of the Group tax Director your mission will be to : - Oversee the international tax activities of the group to ensure business entities are compliant with various local, state, federal and international tax regulations. - Oversees the global tax activities across all operating countries and entities, - Define and implement transfer pricing policy and processes (for cross-border intra-group transactions) - Accompany M&A’s operations : Due diligences, Review SPA’s tax clauses, structuring of the operation - Assist affiliates during tax audit and/or tax litigations - Collaborate with Consolidation department for the computation and the analysis Of the group’s ETR Your profile - Bachelor or Master degree in Finance specialized in Tax - At least 5 years of relevant experience in Tax - A strong experience in coordination of transfer pricing for a multinational company operating globally. - Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and French - Analytical, problemsolving, teamwork and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast paced environment - Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative nature - Ability to work in a transversal manner with different departments Contact : Elise Hassine-Dahan "firstname.lastname@example.org"
